Presenter Bio
Cathy Stewart, RDH, BSDH Cathy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Iowa.

In addition to practicing clinically for over 25 years, Cathy’s dental hygiene career has included experience in the dental insurance industry, public health, hospital pediatric dentistry and she has served as the Director of Dental Hygiene Services for a large dental service organization. She is currently a full time Professional Educator in the Southwest Region for Philips Sonicare.

She is a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association as well as the Organization for Safety, Asepsis and Prevention.

Cathy has been married for 32 years and has teenage daughter. She enjoys needlework, walking, reading, volunteering at the local animal shelter and spends her weekends as a full time “soccer mom”.
